Join Rev. Nicole in a 4-week mindfulness meditation introduction. We will learn meditation basics and how mindfulness helps us all connect more to ourselves. This is free and open to all. You need Zoom with a camera and the ability to join in all four weeks. July 13, 20, 27, and August 3. - 6:30-7:30 (ish) PM
