Please join Valencia UMC for a Rise Against Hunger Meal Packaging Event, in the movement to end hunger by the year 2030. We are seeking donations to cover the cost of the 10,000 meals we will be packaging. Each meal costs 38 cents, so we need to raise $3800. We will be assembling the meals on October 5. Our annual charge conference will be held on February 9th at 11:45 a.m. in the sanctuary. We will be voting on the business of the church and updating the congregation on the latest VUMC progress and the status of our growth. All are invited and welcome to attend.
VUMC youth will be taking a special offering after each service to benefit local food banks.
