Join Rev. Nicole in a 4-week mindfulness meditation introduction. We will learn meditation basics and how mindfulness helps us all connect more to ourselves. This is free and open to all. You need Zoom with a camera and the ability to join in all four weeks. October 7, 14, 21, 28 10-11:30 AM.
