Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation - begins July 7

Join Rev. Nicole in a 4-week mindfulness meditation introduction. We will learn meditation basics and how mindfulness helps us all connect more to ourselves. This is free and open to all. You need Zoom with a camera and the ability to join in all four weeks. July 7, 14, 21, & 28, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
