We believe that small groups offer a place for each of us to learn and share. They’re also a great way to connect with others in the church through study, conversation and service. We want our groups to be a safe place for people to explore and nurture their faith.
Financial Peace University - begins January 13th
Sunday afternoons, 4 - 5:30 p.m.
FPU is a nine-lesson class on money management, including the basics of budgeting, dumping debt, planning for the future and much more. If you would like practical help with your finances, we invite you to join us for FPU beginning in mid-January. Couples Small Group - begins late November for an Advent study
This 4-week study will provide a place for couples to share conversation and fellowship, while experiencing meaning of the season of Advent.

A 12-week comprehensive study of the Old Testament. Daily reading and weekly classes engage participants in the guidance and wisdom that studying the Bible offers.
Into the Word, Into the World
A 12-week study of the Old Testament books of Genesis and Exodus. (Participants must have completed Disciple I.)
Adult Sunday School
10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Adult Sunday school classes meet during the 10:30 a.m. worship hour, and are open to all. Location and topic is listed on the back of the bulletin each Sunday.

All men are welcome to be a part of this group which meets in the church library, located in the Fellowship Hall building. Stop by and meet the guys.

Weekly gathering for study, fellowship, and conversation. This is a group that is intentionally welcoming to those who are new to the church or new to faith.

This group meets in the church library for prayer, devotional, support and fellowship.
Wednesday Evening Men's Group
7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
All men are invited for weekly Bible study and fellowship. The group is currently studying 1st Corinthians, and meets at a home in North Valencia.
Thursday Morning Men’s Bible Study

All men are welcome for weekly Bible study, donuts, and discussion on Thursday mornings in rooms 1 & 2 on the VUMC campus.

Awaiting the Already: An Advent Journey Through the Gospels
This four-week Advent study will explore the Christmas story through each of the Gospels. The story is the same, but the perspectives vary between the Gospel writers. Join us as we explore the story that changed the world.
Prayer and Share
An on-going prayer and study group for women. Prayer and Share meets on Thursday mornings, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m., twice a month in the church library.

Revelation Fitness - 2 opportunities

Revelation Fitness SCV is a faith-filled fitness class for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness. Each class begins with a Bible verse and focus. The fitness time includes cardio and strength exercises, and stretching to worship music. Through this ministry we strive to love God, get healthy, be whole, and love others. An 8-week study of grief and the process of dealing with it is offered several times a year. The group is open to anyone who is grieving any kind of loss, or anyone interested in learning about it.
