Senior Ministry
The Senior Service Ministry Team hosts three luncheons in Fellowship Hall with meals and entertainment for members of our senior community. The entertainment ranges from musical performances to talks by community leaders. This is an opportunity to serve and experience Christ’s love of a community in need of support and encouragement. Many members invite friends and those that are new to Santa Clarita to participate in the fellowship. The luncheons average 40 to 50 attendees out of a mailing list of over 100.

How You Can Help
Volunteers help decorate, provide transportation, serve food and beverages, or perform entertainment during the events. Others send out cards. If you’re interested in helping out, please contact Ministry Coordinator Mark Murphy.

Senior luncheons are usually held on Saturdays in the VUMC Fellowship Hall in February, May-June, and October -November.
